Gordon has been gardening professionally for over fifteen years. He started, like most of his trade, by helping a neighbour and never really stopping. Today he runs the practical side of PDZ — the hands, the hedges, the design consultations, the early mornings.
Graham handles the rest. The admin, the quotes, the side of the job that traditionally turns gardening businesses into a paperwork problem. He came to this from a different industry entirely, which is partly why PDZ doesn't feel like a typical gardening company.
That's the whole idea behind PDZ, really. The work itself is traditional — patient, seasonal, hands-on. Whether we're keeping someone's lawn in order or designing a full garden from a bare new build plot, the craft is the same. Everything around it — how you reach us, how you pay us, how we keep in touch — is built for the way people actually live now.

We're based in Glasgow, registered in Scotland, and we keep the team deliberately small. Some seasons we turn work away, because we'd rather do fewer gardens well than more gardens half.
