Every job — whether it's a lawn cut or a full garden build — ends with a firm, itemised quote or written proposal that you've approved before any work starts. No "we'll figure it out as we go" pricing, ever.
The invoice you receive matches the quote or proposal you approved. If something genuinely changes mid-work — a hidden structural issue, a material that's unavailable, rain that forces a different approach — we ask before we charge. Always.

Your photos are used to understand the job, and nothing else. Never posted to social media, never reused in marketing, never sold on. If we ever want to show a finished garden publicly, we ask first — every time.
The final invoice goes out only when the work passes your eyes, not ours. If something needs another pass — a missed corner, a hedge that needs evening up, a detail that doesn't match the plan — that's what we do. No extra charge, no awkward conversation.
That you tell us honestly what you'd like — even if it's just "make it look nice, I don't know." That's a perfectly good starting point, and we'll work with you to figure out the rest.
That you let us know if something isn't right. We genuinely want to know. A small note on WhatsApp is far better than quiet dissatisfaction.
And that you give us the benefit of the doubt if something unexpected comes up. Gardens are living things and they don't always cooperate with plans. When that happens, we'll always tell you straight — and we'll agree the right path forward before taking it.
